DIRECTIONS
From Rt. 287 North:
Take exit marked Rt. 27 North, Metuchen. Proceed ½ mile and make a right turn onto Rose St. Proceed ½ mile and directly in front of the second stop sign, make a right turn into our driveway.
From Rt. 287 South:
Take New Durham Exit. At light, make left turn onto New Durham. Go to the first signal light and make a right onto Bridge St. Proceed to next traffic light and make a left onto Rt. 27 North. Proceed 4/10 mile and make a right turn onto Rose St. Proceed ½ mile and directly in front of the second stop sign, make a right turn into our driveway.
From Rt. 1 North:
Take exit marked Metuchen & U Turn. Proceed on Main St. for ½ mile. Turn left onto Brunswick Ave. and go to stop sign. Turn left on Lake Ave., which will become Whitman Ave. in 1/10 mile (at the curve). Proceed another 2/10 mile. At this point Rose St. intersects Whitman Ave. and make an immediate right onto Rose St. and then left up the driveway.
From Rt. 1 South:
Take the exit marked Metuchen, 95, NJ Turnpike. On ramp follow Metuchen sign. Proceed on Main St. for 4/10 mile and make a left turn onto Brunswick Ave. and go to stop sign. Turn left onto Lake Ave., which will become Whitman Ave. in 1/10 mile (at the curve). Proceed another 2/10 mile. At this point Rose St. intersects Whitman Ave. and make an immediate right onto Rose St. and then left up the driveway.

2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR
Please put your child’s name on all supplies except pencils!
Bring all supplies the first day of school for every grade! Due to the size of our cubbies, all lunch boxes cannot exceed 4 inches wide.

- One box of fat crayons (put in Ziploc bag) – NO MARKERS!
- (2) Glue sticks
- (1 each) Blue and Green homework folder with pockets; (2) red folders
- Scissors and left-handed scissors
- Pencil case to keep in desk
- Ruler – with centimeters and inches
- (24) regular #2 yellow pencils- please bring in the first day of school. We recommend you buy the more expensive pencils as they sharpen better. (Replenish in Dec.)
Please cover all Reading Books with clear contact paper. Make sure you erase all used books!
NOTE: MAKE A DUPLICATE PENCIL BOX WITH SUPPLIES TO KEEP AT HOME!

- (24) regular #2 yellow pencils – (48 pencils for 2nd & 3rd grades) – please bring in the first day of school, and replenish as needed (no mechanical pencils). We recommend that you buy the more expensive pencils as they sharpen better.
- Crayons 8 – 16, regular size (2nd grade – NO MARKERS!)
- Loose leaf paper – 2nd grade bring in 1 pack. 3rd grade only (2) packs of paper for the year.
- Soft zippered pencil pouch (no pencil boxes)
- 12” ruler – with inches and centimeters
- Homework Folder with pockets
- Scissors (also left-handed if needed)

FIFTH THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE SUPPLY LIST – PLEASE LABEL ALL SUPPLIES:

- College ruled loose leaf paper – one pack per month – purchase 10 packs per year in advance during August sales. 5th, 6th, and 8th grades bring (3) packs in the first day, and 7th grade bring in as needed.
- (6) blue or black erasable ink pens (12 pens for 5th grade) (8th grade no erasable pens!) – please replenish as needed (WHITE OUT CORRECTIONAL TAPE ONLY!)
- Soft, zippered pencil pouch with 3 holes to fit into a binder (no pencil boxes)
- 12” Ruler with centimeters and inches (3 hole ruler to fit in binder – 5th grade) (Clear not solid for 8th grade).

Please cover all reading books and soft books with clear contact paper, except the 7th and 8th grades' Literature, Math, and History books. Use paper bags or book socks to cover these books.
